Responsibilities:
As an Industrial Project Manager for IA Bulk you will:
- Participate in sales activities including developing estimates and proposals.
- Manage a crew, monitor work, schedule, hours tracking, etc.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve issues with staff and/or customer as necessary
- Supervise and enforce company and project safety standards
- Facilitate communication internally and externally with vendors, clients, etc.
- Project scheduling and planning
- Maintain budgets to meet company and role requirements
- Facilitate multiple projects from start to finish
- Perform administrative duties including reports, expenses
Required skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Construction or Industrial Project Manager, Superintendent, or comparable supervisory role.
- 3+ years of hands-on supervisory experience leading industrial crews of 3-5 employees, including responsibility for OSHA and site safety requirements.
- Current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for projects nationwide, including the 6-8 weeks on / 1 week off schedule.
- Ability and willingness to work at heights up to approximately 150 feet, including work on roof decks.
- Mobile equipment experience with the Core 4: aerial lifts, telehandlers/rough-terrain forklifts, payloaders, and excavators.
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening.
- Must pass a comprehensive Federal Background Screening (including ATF/FBI); clean background required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
Preferred qualifications:
- HAZWOPER certification.
- MSHA experience/history; current MSHA certification is not required.
- Confined space entry training or experience.
- Current DOT physical.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Scaffold certification(s).

Schedule:
- 60-80 hours per week
